ESTATE SECURITY  - The design of the estate includes a perimeter fencing and two security gates for vehicular movement in and out of the estate. There is a dedicated security house for screening visitors coming to the estate.  In addition to the installation of the infrared CCTV cameras in the estate, there will be provision of security personnel who will man the security post 24 hours of the day as well as patrol the estate.   Private intercom systems with video facilities for residents to see their visitors before they are allowed into the estate will be installed in each of the properties and linked to the security gate house.  Only authorised visitors by residents will be allowed into the estate.
